Flasheff ads keep getting rejected in DFP

So we recently purchased Flasheff2.0 Premium for use in our flash advertisements. What we have found is that many (but not all) ads made using Flasheff effects are not showing up in DFP. We send them to our ad ops team and they tell us that the creative simply isn't visible once it's uploaded into DFP. As such we can't run the ads. Anyone experience this issue? Is there any documentation pertaining to this? We're following up with Google to see if they can spot an issue. I will post results.

In order to create ads for google system, you will need to use FlashEff Nano which was created and designed to work with their system.
FlashEff 2.0 version has code that is not accepted by google adwords or DFP. If you made the purchase recently and if you want we can change your Premium license into a Nano license.
