Can FlashEff Filters work with mouseover & mouseout

how can i use flasheff filters effect in image with mouseover & mouseout. i.e when i mouseover in image which is using FlashEff (Blur Filter) it will slowly increase BlurX & BlurY value and then mouseout it slowly decrease BlurX & BlurY. using actionscript code.thankyou for your time and consideration.
