simple image banner

Hi,
I m searching a tutorial for Flash eff in order to create a simple image banner.
I would like to have several images with the same Flash effect ( so displaying 100% of the image 1, a pause, 100% of image 2 and so on).

Thinking it's simple but i m beginning the Flash
