button frame linking problem need help

I recently build a website project for school and i add a animation for the first frame home page which is in frame one then a did and about and i added an animation for that both of them were done with eff. The problem is when i use the go to and stop method to go the frame 2 which is the about page the home page remains on the stage not ending while the about page loads behind it.
