How do you apply a compnent to a tweened movie clip?

This may seem like a basic question, but if answered, it will solve all my problems.
If a movie clip flies into a scene (from a frame tween), and then stops at say frame 25. How do you apply a component to that movie clip? It doesn't seem to work for me. Just gives errors. Do you have to add more frames after it is applied or something? (that didn't work) Does there need to be actionscript in a frame layer?

I would be truly grateful to find the answer to this as it will allow me to use these components in my project. Otherwise I can't use any of them and its kind of a loss.

Let's say you have your tween starting at frame one. Let it tween till it reaches frame 25(or whatever frame is) and then put a stop(); there(in the actions panel).
There just drag the FlashEff component over you image and let it play.
If this does not work you can try adding a new frame that is exactly how the 25 frame looks like, and on the 26 frame add the component and the stop() in action script, this should do the trick.
