PREMIUM EFFECTS PURCHASE PROBLEMS

I have just purchased premium Flasheff. The premium patterns are not showing up. My IT department have locked down internet connections. Do I need permanent internet connection or will it be able to work offline and recognise the patterns.

I have just had a word with the IT department and they have asked me where this flasheff component points to on the interent and they can push this address through the firewall. Is there any chance that someone could help me out?

You will need premanent internet connection. If you have one, there maybe other problems, like a router, I've got a DSL connection through a router and it does not work.
