cycle

I have build a banner with text and images. This banner have 10 layer all have 1 frame. The total time of the banner is 30 seconds.
In that way I can at the end of 30 sec cycle to the start?

After the 30 sec of animations the banner stop.
I use Flash cs3 and Flasheff 2 beta.

I can link the last flasheffect with the first for restart a cycle?
Or you can explain the others method?
